Biography
Michael Griego was born in Los Angeles, California. He studied classical and flamenco guitar under Darryl Denning in the Classical Guitar Program at Occidental College where he received a BA degree in English Literature in 1978. He added an MBA degree from Stanford University in 1982. A true Renaissance man, he has continued to play and advance his craft in public performances over the years while pursuing his varied interests. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
